  • Taxonomic Notes: Xenophanes ruatanensis Godman & Salvin, 1895 is raised from synonymy of Xenophanes tryxus (Stoll, 1780) to full species status in Zhang et al. (2022). "True" tryxus is extralimital north of Mexico.
