Similar Species:
  • Henricus cognata (Walsingham, 1914)
  • Henricus umbrabasana (Kearfott, 1908)

Synonymy:
  • aenigmana Brown, 2024 (Platphalonidia) - MONA 1983: 3760
      Type locality: Oregon: Lane Co.: 3 mi SW Dunes City, 24 Jun 1975, larvae on Garrya elliptica.
  • Taxonomic Notes: Platphalonidia aenigmana Brown, 2024, n. sp., with generic assignment "somewhat provisional", is possibly of South American origin.
