Synonymy: • Cochylis parvimaculana Walsingham, 1879 Taxonomic Notes: Saphenista parvimaculana (Walsingham, 1879), n. comb. was formerly placed in the genus Platphalonidia, Meltzer & Brown (2014). This species was number 3766 in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist).
