Taxonomic Notes: Etainia albibimaculella of authors; (not Larsen, 1927), listed in Nieukerken et al. (2016) based on material from Ontario Canada, is an undescribed species awaiting formal description, Pohl et al. (2018: 37). Etainia albibimaculella (Larsen, 1927) is extralimital.
