Synonymy: viscana (Kearfott, 1907) (Phalonia) - MONA 1983: 3857   Type locality: Holotype: Essex County Park, NJ. peganitis (Meyrick, 1912) (Phalonia)   Note: Unnecessary replacement name. Taxonomic Notes: Cochylichroa viscana (Kearfott, 1907) was formerly in the genus Cochylis, Zootaxa, 4671(2):195-222.
