Seasonality and Size: Flight: March to September Genitalia: See Heinrich (1926) figs. 152, 325. Similar Species: Cydia laricana has the white costal markings paired and often fused, not evenly distributed as in candana, one pair at the start of the median fascia (anti-median), which is not always present, followed by four more. Also, it has a longer flight period is longer, March to September. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: candana (Forbes, 1923) (Laspeyresia) - MONA 1983: 3469   Type locality: Oak Station, PA.
