Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: nearctica Miller, 2001 (Eucosmomorpha)   Type locality: USA, "Mississippi, Franklin Co., tributary of McGehee Creek, TN, R4E, Sec. 26 SW". albersana of authors; (not Hübner, [1813]) (Tortrix) misappl. Taxonomic Notes: Eucosmomorpha nearctica Miller, 2001 n. sp., includes as a synonym Eucosmomorpha albersana of authors; (not Hübner, [1813]), J. Lepid. Soc. 55: 83. This synonymy was overlooked in Pohl et al. (2016) which listed E. albersana as introduced.
