Similar Species: The following members spiraeifoliana species complex (Gilligan et al. 2008) cannot at present be reliably distinguished by external features of adults. (A. mira is here included based on DNA barcode): 3365 A. spiraeifoliana 3366 A. laciniana 3367 A. burgessiana 3368 A. mira 3369 A. fuscociliana Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: burgessiana (Zeller, 1876) (Phoxopteris) - MONA 1983: 3367 murtfeldtiana (Riley, 1881) (Phoxopteris) pruni (Heinrich, 1923) (Anchylopera)
