Taxonomic Notes: Epinotia columbia (Kearfott, 1904) is elevated from synonymy of 3324 Epinotia crenana (extralimital) in R. L. Brown's unpublished Masterís thesis with new status formalized in Brown (2005), World Catalogue of Insects. 5: 1-741. This species was inadvertently numbered as 3324.1 previously.
