Synonymy: suadana (Heinrich, 1923) (Eucosma) - MONA 1983: 3139 aeana (McDunnough, 1942) (Eucosma) Taxonomic Notes: Pelochrista suadana (Heinrich, 1923) was formerly placed in the genus Eucosma, Gilligan et al. (2013), Zootaxa, 3746(2): 301-337 and includes as a synonym 3140 Eucosma aeana (McDunnough 1942), Jour. Lepid. Soc. 65(2): 105.
