Taxonomic Notes: Pelochrista bactrana (Heinrich, 1923), formerly treated as a synonym of P. abstemia (Meyrick, 1932) in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) (preocc. by Kennel, 1901), is rendered the valid name, MONA Fascicle 9.5: 153.
