      Type locality: USA, "California, Tulare Co., Monachee Meadows".

      Type locality: Holotype: Camp Roosevelt, Yellowstone National Park, WY.
  • Taxonomic Notes: Eucosma segregata (Heinrich, 1924), formerly placed in the genus Phaneta, Gilligan et al. (2013), Zootaxa, 3746(2): 301-337, includes as a synonym Thiodia castrensis McDunnough, 1929 (Wright & Gilligan 2015:42).
