Martin's Falls", Albany R., [Ontario], Canada. Note: This name was treated as synonym of diana by Rota in Schmidt (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023) and as a subspecies of diana, new stat. in Heppner (2024). vicarialis (Zeller, 1876) (Simaethis) Type locality: "Maine or Mass." - syn. of C. d. luridana (Walker). vicarilis; (Dyar, 1900) (Simaethis) missp.
Taxonomic Notes:	Choreutis diana (Hübner, [1822]) is a Holarctic species represented in North America by Choreutis diana luridana (Walker, 1863), new stat.(Heppner 2024).
