Larva and Host Plants: Apple Description/ Field Marks: See Heppner (2024). Similar Species: Type locality (pariana): [Sweden?], Type locality (lutosa): England. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Phalaena pariana Clerck, 1759 • Anthophila lutosa Haworth, [1811] • Asopia parialis Treitschke, 1829 • Xylopoda pariava Desmarest, 1849 • Anthophila parina Procter, 1946 Taxonomic Notes: Choreutis pariana (Clerck, 1759) is an introduced species, NY about 1870 on apple (Heppner 2024)
