Description/
Field Marks:
WL: 4.2 - 6.8 mm, has "hindtibia with median white streak having dorsolateral row of brown scales", Hodges (1978). See Hodges (1962).
Genitalia: See Hodges (1962).
Similar Species:
  • Anatrachyntis badia, WL: 3.5 - 5.4 mm, has "hindtibia with median white streak unicolorous", Hodges (1978.

Synonymy: Batrachedra rileyi Walsingham, 1882
Batrachedra stigmatophora Walsingham, 1897
Taxonomic Notes: Anatrachyntis rileyi (Walsingham, 1882), n. comb. following the treatment in Koster & Sinev (2003), was formerly placed in the genus Pyroderces.
