Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Asteraceae.  Host genera: Acamptopappus Coreopsis.  Notes: trivalved tubular silk cases mostly seed feeder, occasionally leafminer (Eiseman 2020).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
