Distribution: USA: FL. Similar Species: Elachista angularis (Braun, 1918) Elachista dulcinella Kaila, 1999 Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: saccharella (Busck, 1934) (Donacivola); Holotype: Cuba. Taxonomic Notes: Elachista saccharella (Busck, 1934) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico.
