Synonymy: badinodis (Grote, 1874) (Agrotis) - MONA 1983: 10955 hero (Morrison, 1876) (Agrotis)   Type locality: Beverly, MA. Taxonomic Notes: Agnorisma badinodis: Includes as a synonym Protolampra hero. Formerly placed in the genus Xestia.
