Synonymy: • Nepticula weaveri Stainton, 1855 • Nepticula weaverella Doubleday, 1859 Taxonomic Notes: Fomoria weaveri (Stainton, 1855) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico. Formerly placed in the genus Ectoedemia (Van Nieukerken et al. 2016)
