Larva and Host Plants: |
Host familiy: Fagaceae Pinaceae Salicaceae Meruliaceae[Fungi] Ganodermataceae[Fungi] Polyporaceae[Fungi] Stereaceae[Fungi] Xylariaceae[Fungi]. Host genera: Pinus Populus Pseudotsuga Quercus Fomes[Fungi] Ganoderma[Fungi] Hypoxylon[Fungi] Poria[Fungi] Polyporus[Fungi] Merulius[Fungi] Stereum[Fungi]. Notes: fungi on dead wood (Lawrence & Powell 1969); larvae live in decaying wood, probaby feeding on fungus (Powell & Opler 2009); dead & decaying wood & bark (Beadle & Leckie 2012).
