Taxonomic Notes: |
Ulolonche disticha (Morrison, 1875) includes as a synonym [932781.1] Orthosia disticha Grote, 1875 in Beccaloni et al. (2003 [accessed 20 April 2024]), a treatment overlooked in Schmidt (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023) in which the two names were listed as distinct valid species. Grote (1875) noted that they might be conspecific. Pending further study, the synonymy in Beccaloni et al. is followed at MPG. |
