Leucania latiuscula Herrich-Schäffer, 1868, now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico, was first discovered in the National Key Deer Refuge in the Florida Keys by Jim Troubridge, ZooKeys, 788: 249.
Leucania latiuscula of authors; not Herrich-Schäffer, 1868, the taxon listed in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist), is a synonym of 10453.1 Leucania subpunctata - Lafontaine & Schmidt (2010), ZooKeys, 40: 157. |
