Distribution: USA: Long Key, Monroe Co., FL - Dickel (1991). Genitalia: See Adams (2001). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: inconspicua Herrich-Schäffer, 1868 (Leucania) STRAY; TL: Cuba. Taxonomic Notes: Leucania inconspicua Herrich-Schäffer, 1868 is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico from Florida in Dickel (1991), Trop. Lepid., 2(1): 57; fig. 28.
