Distribution: Type locality (crustaria): Nebraska. Type locality (cansa): Hamilton County, KS. Type locality (louisa): Sabine Parish, LA. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: • Tarache crustaria Morrison, 1875 • Pseudacontia cansa Smith, 1908 • Pseudacontia louisa Smith, 1908 Taxonomic Notes: Pseudacontia crustaria (Morrison, 1875) includes as a synonym 10171 P. louisa and 10173 P. cansa, ZooKeys, 527: 139.
