Distribution: Southern CA, AZ, NM, western TX - R.W. Poole. Type locality: Ft. Wingate, NM. Description/ Field Marks: Forewing has cream-white tinge, a few small black dots representing am. and pm. lines faint to oblsolete; hind wing typically is evenly gray - Poole. Similar Species: G. dis forewing is pure white without cream-white tinge, a few small black dots representing am. and pm. lines; hindwing is grey-brown with pm. line showing little contrast - Poole. G. blanca forewing is pure white without cream-white tinge, a few small black dots representing am. and pm. lines; hindwing has less grey-brown diffusion than in G. dis and more contrasting pm. line - Poole.
