Synonymy: occidentalis Smith 1884 (Helia) partitalis Smith 1908 (Epizeuxis) Taxonomic Notes: Idia occidentalis (Smith, 1884), formerly treated as a subspecies of 8334 Idia lubricalis (Geyer, 1832), is elevated to full species status in Mustelin (2006), Zootaxa, 1278: 5.
