Taxonomic Notes: Elasmia cave Metzler, 2011, sp. n., includes as a synonym Elasmia insularis of authors; (not Grote, 1866); Elasmia insularis (Grote, 18660), comb. n., a species described from Cuba, is extralimital. Zookeys, 149: 56.
