Distribution: |
British Columbia to southern California, eastward to central Saskatchewan, southwestern Idaho and western Nevada, from ~ 500-7,400 ft. elev.. |
Seasonality and Size: |
Mid-August - late November. FWL ~ 17-26 mm. |
Larva and Host Plants: |
Many known host plants include Alnus, Betula, Cornus, Populus, Ribes, Alder, Picea. |

Similar Species: |
- Separate from T. mosesiana in California coastal counties by genitalia and DNA. Elsewhere the absence of pale shading beyond the pm. line distinguishes this species from T. pallulata.
