Similar Species: Metarranthis lateritiaria (Guenée, [1858]) Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: nr. lateritiaria Taxonomic Notes: Metarranthis nr. lateritiaria is a large (possibly largest), pale, early flying (as early as as early March in GA), wide spread Metarranthis species near lateritiaria Guenée, James K. Adams (pers. comm., 2023).
