Distribution: Canada: BC, AB; USA: OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, UT, NM - (Ringe 1963:11) Genitalia: See Plate 93 for images of both spread adult and genitalia in Ferris (2018). Similar Species: Eupithecia interruptofasciata is separated by genialia. Eupithecia pusillata is separated by genialia. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: niphadophilata (Dyar, 1904) (Tephroclystis) - MONA 1983: 7552   Type locality: Glacier, BC.
