Distribution: Holotype: Brownsville, TX. Description/ Field Marks: Palpita freemanalis has two distinct forms. The early spring form is dark brownish grey and larger than the yellowish orange summer form. ~ Jim Vargo Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
