Synonymy: Asopia binodulalis Zeller, 1872
Taxonomic Notes: Hypsopygia binodulalis (Zeller, 1872) was assigned to the genus Herculia in the 1983 Hodges Checklist. This species was transferred to the genus Hypsopygia in Leraut (2006).
