Distribution: TX, FL. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: vacuana (Walker, 1863) (Rucuma)   Type locality: Venezuala. birectalis (Hampson, 1897) (Epitamyra) Taxonomic Notes: Salobrena vacuana (Walker, 1863) includes as a synonym Epitamyra birectalis Hampson, 1897 in Solis et al. 1995.
