Taxonomic Notes: |
Bactra verutana Zeller, 1876 included as a subspecific name albipuncta Heinrich, 1926 which was originally described as a variety. Brown (2005) treated albipuncta as a subspecies. Both may have overlooked Diakonoff (1964) which raised albipuncta to full species. |
