Distribution: USA: AZ, NM, southern CA. Similar Species: Anoncia smogops Hodges, 1978 is best separated by genitalia. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: venis Hodges, 1978 (Anoncia) - MONA 1983: 1555   Type locality: Holotype: "Quartzite, Yuma Co., Arizona".
