Synonymy: huachucella (Busck, 1908) (Cryptolechia) - MONA 1983: 948; TL: Huachuca Mts., AZ. Host Plants: Host familiy: Fagaceae.  Host genera: Quercus.  (Shropshire & Tallamy 2025 [accessed 6xii2025]) Description: Forewing grayish red when fresh, hind wing medium gray. Similar  : Species 59a0164 Himmacia stratia: forewing deep orange, hind wing medium gray. 59a0165 Himmacia diligenda: forewing deep orange, hind wing pale yellowish-white.
