  • Taxonomic Notes: Chamaesphecia hungarica (Tomala, 1901) was introduced from Europe into the USA in 1993 and into Canada in 1991 for biocontrol of Leafy Spurge (Euphorbia esula). Its current population status is uncertain. Hansen 2002, Winston et al. 2014.
