Synonymy:
  • ontariana Razowski, 1997 (Phalonidia)
  • Taxonomic Notes: Phalonidia ontariana (Razowski, 1997) n. sp., Acta. Zool. Cracov. 40:116. Research by Michael Sabourin (pers. comm., 10/27/2020) suggests that this species may be conspecific with 3807 P. lepidana (Clemens, 1860) [3836] (1983 list). MPG follows this interpretation for identification purposes pending further investigation.
