Distribution: Canada: BC; USA: CA east to MT and CO. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: bartellae Brown, 2019 (Saphenista)   Type locality: Holotype: USA, Colorado, Gilpin Co., 2538 Golden Gate Canyon Road. Taxonomic Notes: Saphenista bartellae Brown, 2019, n. sp., Insecta Mundi, 0738: 2; figs. 1, 2, 7, 11.
