Synonymy: riscana (Kearfott, 1907) (Hysterosia) - MONA 1983: 3802; TL: Essex Co., NJ; Glenburn, PA. vincta (Meyrick, 1912) (Hysterosia); TL: (no type). Note: Unjustified replacement name. Taxonomic Notes: Phtheochroa riscana: This species was number 3802 in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist).
