Hellinsia balanotes (Meyrick, 1908) includes as a synonym 6217 Hellinsia serenus in Gielis (2003). H. serenus is listed as a full species in Matthews (2016), www.plumemoth.com, accessed May, 2017. Deborah Matthews (pers. comm. 05/26/2017) confirms that H. serenus is a full species. |
