  • Host Plants: Orthocarpus sp. (Walsingham 1880); Castilleja (affinis or medocinensis) (Powell & Opler 2009).
    Host familiy: Orobanchaceae[Scrophulariaceae].  Host genera: Castilleja Orthocarpus.  Notes: buds & leaves (Benedictis et al 1990); Orthocarpus - presumably now included in Castilleja (Powell & Opler 2009).  (Shropshire & Tallamy 2025 [accessed 6xii2025])
    Description: Forward wing: 2.3-4.6 mm (Powell & Opler 2009).
