Synonymy:
  • anglicella (Stainton, 1850) (Ornix) UNVER.
  • Taxonomic Notes: Parornix anglicella (Stainton, 1850) is reported from New England in Dietz (1907) citing Walsingham (1883) but the specimens are unverified. BOLD BIN ADF5045 with specimens from Prince Edward Island and Manitoba, may be part of a species complex which includes anglicella based on DNA barcode.
