Synonymy: • Phalaena adusta Esper, 1790 • Hadena groelandica Zetterstedt, 1839 • Hadena sommeri Lefèbvre, 1836 Taxonomic Notes: Mniotype adusta (Esper, 1790) includes as synonym 9982 Mniotype sommeri (Lefèbvre, 1836). This Eurasian species is found in Greenland but extralimital to the US and Canada. - Lafontaine & Schmidt (2010), ZooKeys, 40: 153.
