Host familiy: Betulaceae Hamamelidaceae. Host genera: Corylus Hamamelis Ostrya. Host extended: leaves (Wagner et al 2011). (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) |
Description/ Field Marks: |
The am. line extends from costa at a right angle before curving inwardly toward the inner margin. The pm. line has an outward bulge with a slight outward hook as it meets the costa where it is outwardly margined by pale line. The pre-apical patch on the costa is well developed. |
| Similar Species: |
- 931026 Zale galbanata: Both the am. and pm. lines extend obliquely from costa. The pre-apical patch on the costa is not well developed and typically lacks the pale line along the pm. line.
