Distribution: Suggested by Heppner as a species straying into, but not breeding in, Florida. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: miranda Raymundo, 1908 (Gonodonta) bidens Geyer, 1832 (Gonodonta) STRAY Taxonomic Notes: Gonodonta bidens: Reported from Florida and Texas. BOLD data seems to infer that specimens from those two locations may not be the same species.
