Apparently a mostly eastern species. Specimens from Arizona identified as compressipalpis in BIN BOLD:AAB7158 appear to represent a cryptic species well separated by DNA barcode. Type locality (compressipalpis): unknown. Type locality (insignis): Georgia. |
