Synonymy: quenseli (Paykull, 1793) (Bombyx) extralim. - MONA 1983: 8172 ssp. a. gelida (Möschler, 1849) (Euprepia) Taxonomic Notes: Apantesis quenseli (Paykull, 1793) formerly in the genus Grammia (Ronka et al. 2016), is represented in NA by the subspecies gelida (Möschler, 1849).
