(2021) Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Fagaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae.  Host genera: Cercocarpus Quercus Salix.  (Shropshire & Tallamy 2025 [accessed 6xii2025]) Description/ Field Marks: FWL ♂ = 19.0-22.0 mm; FWL ♀ = 26.5-29.0 mm. Similar Species: 930084 Heterocampa amanda: is smaller, FWL ♂ = 17.0-18.5 mm; FWL ♀ = 19.0-20.0 mm. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
