Distribution: Coastal southern California (Monterey Co.) south to Baja California, from ~ 0-7,000 ft. elev. Seasonality and Size: Adults from March - late June or a little later. FWL ~ 19-23 mm. Larva and Host Plants: Known host plants include Quercus and Populus in pine-oak-manzanita habitat. Description/ Field Marks: © Cliff Ferris Genitalia: See Ferris & Schmidt (2010). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
